December - 60 Tankers were made during the year - A new record!
November - First 85 000 litre tanker was made (CAT 777)
September - First 80 000 litre tanker was made
(Komatsu HD 785).
Awarded R20 million contract with Mozal
for replacemant and special vehicles.
June - 200th Watertanker was made.
January - Now 6 seats of Solidworks 2007.
OVERVIEW OF WHAT WE DO:
Since almost everything we make is custom designed, our products are not easily defined, but we can list some of the more common ones:-
-Special purpose heavy duty machines for the smelter and metal refining industries including:-
Slagpot carriers 30, 50, 70 and 100 metric tonne capacity.
U-frame lifting and tipping machines
Coil handling machines
Slab handling machines
- Harbour special purpose machines from straddle carriers to self-steering trailers.
- Special loadarms, linkages or booms for three wheelers, front end loaders or excavators.
- Quick Attaches - Hydraulic, pneumatic or manually operated. Many of our quick attaches are automatic latching.
- Buckets, log grabs, cane grabs, cactus grabs, fork frames, dozer blades, and any other special implements for front end loaders, excavators, graders, telescopic handlers, skid steer loaders or tractors.
- Special purpose trailers from simple on-road flat deck type to self steering heavy duty off-road type.
- Diesel bowsers, water tankers (complete on trailer or truck mounted)
- Mobile workshops - fully self contained, or service/lubrication vehicles or modules.
- Self loading systems for trucks or trailers.
- Radio controlled remote operation conversions to any mobile machine.
- Special purpose bodies for trucks.
- Mechanical engineering design and consultation service.
